How to pay the subscription by boleto
At subscription checkout, accounts billed in Brazilian reais (institution in Brazil) have boleto (Brazilian bank slip) in addition to card. The option appears in the Review and set payment method step, in the provider checkout.
The payment provider boleto expires in 1 day. Generate it, pay it, and follow the clearing — the subscription confirms when payment is identified.
💡 Boleto is in the same Review and set payment method step as subscribing to the plan. If you do not reach checkout, the option does not appear.
How to pay by boleto
Account and subscription screen
- Follow the subscription flow to the Activate subscription window (plan, licenses, period, and summary).
- Click Review and set payment method.
- In the payment provider checkout, choose Boleto.
- Fill in the billing details: full address and CNPJ. Both go on the invoice.
- Confirm. The provider generates the boleto (code and payment instructions).
- Pay within the 1-day deadline. After that the boleto expires and you need to generate a new one, going back to checkout.
When payment clears, Rabbiit activates (or keeps) the subscription. The payment invoice is in the portal. The invoice follows the automatic flow on the same day payment is identified.
Card or boleto
Both go through our payment provider. Card confirms immediately. Boleto waits for clearing — do not treat the boleto PDF as “already subscribed” until the account status changes.
To change the method on an existing subscription, use change payment method (portal).
When boleto does not appear
Checkout in another currency (outside the real) offers card. Enterprise / WhatsApp conversation does not go through this automatic checkout.
